Äntligen är det dags! / Finally It's HAPPENING!
Efter ett skakigt frieri den 28 juli 2019 på en takterrass på Sicilien så har det nu härmed blivit dags.
1451 dagars noggrann överläggning senare (nåväl, även inkluderat ett par Covid-år, flyttkartongs-tetris, renoveringar, jobbskiften och försök till uppfostrande av en stor fluffig familjemedlem) - SKA VI NU GIFTA OSS TILL SOMMAREN!
Vi vill härmed bjuda in Er till att fira detta tillsammans med oss på en kär favorit till ö, nämligen Mallorca. Vi tycker detta ska bli så otroligt kul, och hoppas verkligen att just DU har möjlighet att deltaga!

Time to do something about it!
After a pretty shaky proposal on July 28, 2019, on a roof top terrace in Sicily, time has now finally come.
After 1451 days of deliberation (well, also included a couple years of Covid, playing tetris with moving boxes, renovations, changing of jobs and attempts to raise a large and fluffy family member) - WE ARE GETTING MARRIED THIS SUMMER!
We hereby invite you to celebrate this together with us on a dear favorite island of ours, Mallorca. We are truly looking forward to this moment and really hope that YOU have the opportunity to participate!

För de gäster som anländer till Mallorca i god tid innan bröllopsdagen vill vi gärna träffa upp så många av er som möjligt för att välkomna er till ön med en stor härlig skål, och tillsammans få avnjuta lite av vad Palma har att erbjuda. Mer information följer efter sista OSA-datum.
OBS! Vi hade gärna bjudit på en 7-rätters avsmakningsmeny denna kväll, men där fick vi tyvärr dra lite i handbromsen! Utöver välkomstdrink sker därför resterande på egen bekostnad.

For those of you arriving to Mallorca in advance of the wedding day, we really would like to meet up with as many of you as possible, welcoming you all to the Island with a great toast and the possibility to enjoy a bit of Palma together. Further information will follow after last date for RSVP.
FYI! We would have loved to offer a 7-course tasting menu this evening, but unfortunately we had to pull the brakes a little bit! Except for the welcome drink, the rest is therefore at your own expense.

Idag gifter vi oss!
Vigseln kommer att äga rum ca 25 minuters bilfärd från byn Petra, och ca 30 minuters bilfärd från byn Ariany. Efterföljande bröllopsfest kommer att äga rum ca 10 minuters bilfärd från Petra, och ca 15 minuters bilfärd från Ariany.

Today we get married!
The ceremony will take place approx 25 min drive from Petra, and approx 30 min drive from Ariany. Following party will take place approx 10 min drive from Petra, and approx 15 min drive from Ariany.

Dagen efter dagen före. Vad var det som hände igår egentligen? Låt fötterna glida ner i badtofflorna, ta på dig solhatten och solglasögonen och kom hit för att ta det lugnt, umgås, svalka dig i poolen och äta lite dagen-efter kompatibel brunch och snacks. Glöm för all del INTE solkrämen!

The day after the day before. What happened yesterday? Let your feet slide into some slippers, put on a good hat and your're sunnies and get yourself to our place for a chill vibe, to hang out, cool yourself down in the pool and get some suitable day-after brunch and snacks. DO NOT forget the SPF!

Resa / Travel
Som ni troligtvis vet är Mallorca en ö (en naturlig landmassa omgiven av vatten, som är ovanför vattenytan oavsett tidvattennivå) och ligger en bit söderut i Europa. Det finns ett antal sätt att inta ön, även om det enklaste sättet är att ta ett flyg till Palma (Aeropuerto de Palma de Mallorca, PMI). För den äventyrlige som tänker tåg eller bil finns det dock möjlighet att korsa vattnet med färja från Barcelona (ESP) eller Toulon (FRA). Ett tips är att oavsett färdmedel boka resa så snart som möjligt för möjlighet till bättre biljettpriser. Väl på Mallorca finns ett antal olika möjligheter att ta sig runt på - klicka på "LÄS MER" nedan. - As you probably know, Mallorca is an island (a natural land mass surrounded by water, which is above the water surface regardless of the tide level) and is located a bit south in Europe. There are a number of ways reaching the island, although the easiest way is to take a flight to Palma (Aeropuerto de Palma de Mallorca, PMI). For the adventurous who are thinking of train or car there is, however, the possibility of crossing the water by ferry from Barcelona (ESP) or Toulon (FRA). A tip is to book a trip as soon as possible, regardless of the means of transport, for the possibility of better ticket prices. Då vi gärna vill ha er så nära oss som möjligt under dessa dagar samt då busstransporter utgår från Ariany och Petra, så vill vi föreslå boende under dag 2 och dag 3 i någon av dessa byar. Båda byarna är mindre till skalan och överblickar böljande landskap. Här får ni chansen att varva ner i siestans lugn och insupa lokalbefolkningens Mallorca. I närområdet finns b.la. vingårdar och ÅRETS FINCA där bröllopfesten huseras! Om du väljer att åka ner till Mallorca lite tidigare vill vi varmt rekommendera att bo i Palma - där hotellutbudet är stort och i alla prisklasser. För boendetips - klicka på "LÄS MER" nedan. - We would really much like to have you staying as close to us as possible during the wedding days. Therefore we would like to suggest accomodation in either Ariany or Petra. Both villages are more petit in scale and overlook rolling landscapes. Here you get the chance to unwind in the calm of the siesta and soak up the Mallorcan local vibe. In the immediate area there are e.g. vineyards and THE FINCA OF THE YEAR where the wedding party is housed! If you choose to come to Mallorca some days in advance, we would recommend a stay in Palma - where the range of hotels to choose from is wide. Dag 2 - Bröllopsdagen Under bröllopsdagen den 18 juli erbjuder vi möjlighet till busstransport. Buss till vigseln kommer att avgå från byarna Ariany och Petra ca kl. 15.00, och kör tillbaka från bröllopsfesten vid ca kl. 03.00. Vänligen anmäl ditt intresse via OSA-formuläret. Dag 3 - Pool & Brunch Vi avser att kunna erbjuda transport till bröllopsfincan från byarna Petra & Ariany denna dag. Huruvida detta anordnas genom t.ex. bil eller buss ber vi att få återkomma med detaljer om, efter sista OSA-datum. - Day 2 - Wedding day During our wedding day on July 18, we will offer a bus transport. A bus to the ceremony will depart from the villages Ariany and Petra at approx 15.00, and depart from the party at approx 03.00. Please declare your interest at RSVP. Day 3 - Pool & Brunch Regarding transport options of this day, we intend to be able to offer transport to the wedding finca from the villages of Petra & Ariany on this day. Whether this is arranged through car or bus, we will inform you of later, after our RSVP date.
Bröllopsgåva / Wedding gift
Den största gåvan vi kan få är att få fira detta tillsammans med er, och undanbeder därför gåvor. Känner ni ändå att ni gärna sätter sprätt på era pesetas utöver flygbiljetter, hotellnätter och espadrillos, så blir vi otroligt glada över ett bidrag till vår kommande bröllopsresa. - The greatest gift for us is to celebrate this with all of you, and therefore disclaim gifts. However, if you still feel that you want to throw your pesetas around you beyond plane tickets, hotel nights and espadrillos, we would be incredibly happy about a contribution to our honeymoon.
De små / The little ones
Vi älskar era barn och ser alltid till deras bästa. Vi vill därför skona dem från vuxenprat, långa middagar och skämsdans på dansgolvet. Dessa tre dagar blir således barnfria med undantag för ammande barn som självklart är välkomna. - We love your kids and always look out for their best. We thereby want to spare them from boring adult talk, long dinners and embarrassing moves on the dancefloor. These three days will therefore be an adults-only series of events. With exceptions for breastfeeding kids who of course are welcome.

Mallorcatips INFO
The capital of the island which has much to offer...fantastic selection of restaurants and bars, good shopping, city-close beaches and beautiful architecture. If you want to stay in Palma we recommend the old town. If you want recommendations for restaurants - let us know and we'll hook you up!
Illetes
There are two beaches in Illetes which are our GO-TO beaches when we visit Palma. You might have to touch shoulders with one our two tourists or locals since the beach is very popular. We think its part of the charm and worth it! At both beaches (the smaller and the bigger one) you can find restaurants. You can transport yourself from Palma centre by bus, taxi or car.
Valdemossa
A cute and scenic village (part of UNESCOs world herritage sites) in the mountains where you can stroll around the narrow streets with a cooling gelato in your hands. A perfect stop on the way to the villages of Deia and Soller.
Calo des Moro
If you are looking for the islands most breath taking beach we would like to insist that Calo des Moro is the one! After a short walk through vegetation from the parking lot you can glimpse the insanely turquoise water and the closer you get, the more beautiful it becomes. If you are planning to spend the whole day at the beach we recommend that you arrive early to get a comfortable spot (the beach is quite small). We also recommend bringing your own lunch and a good amount of water since there are no restaurants nearby the beach.
Es Trenc
When the winds are calm and the weather is on top, Es Trenc is a beautiful beach to visit. The beach is large and you wont have to fight for your own spot. The water is shallow and beautifully turqouise. We want to warn you that the middle section of the beach is nude friendly! ;)
Hotel Hoposa, Deia
This past summer the bride and her sisters stayed at this beautiful boutiqe hotel located close to Deia with the sea as its neighbour. At this hotel your room will be located in typical mallorquin stone house and while you soak up the sun by the pool you can look out at the blue horizon. After a fresh lunch at the terrace you can bring your fins and goggles and walk down to the private sea access.
Bodega SON PRIM
For those of you who would like to discover Mallorcas selection of wine producers - we recommend a visit to this vineyard. We have not been there ourselves yet but we more than often enjoy a glass of SON PRIM wine when we visit the island. FYI! you might have to contact the bodega in advance.
Petra & Ariany
The two beautiful villages recently discovered by us while planning the wedding.
Formentor
At the north tip of the island you find Formentor. Still on our to do-list is to spend a day at the bautiful beach there. If you follow the windy roads with breathtaking views you will end up at the lighthouse.
